Darwin is a son of the renowned stallion “Jecomías CEN”.
One of the most significant characteristics he has inherited from his father is his expressiveness and pride, displaying a certain majesty when seen at liberty.
Since joining our team, Darwin has stood out for his positive and motivating attitude, always willing to give his best and possessing a great aptitude for learning.
He is a horse with high, rhythmic movements. Darwin’s most comfortable gait is the canter, and the length of his stride is remarkable. Therefore, he possesses the ideal qualities for combining classical dressage at an amateur level with enjoyment in the countryside and leisure time.
Under saddle, he is very understanding and patient, and these characteristics make him the perfect partner for a rider with limited experience.
Furthermore, he can ride alone or with a partner; he is a sociable horse and gets along well with other horses. Therefore he processes the ideal qualities for an amateur rider with enjoyment in the countryside and leisure time or a competitions rider as well.
Currently he has started working on level 3
He is a very pleasant horse to ride, with a soft and light contact. He is receptive to the aids and accepts them readily.
On the lead, he stands out for his sweet and gentle nature and loves human company.
He displays great mental balance, partly due to our horses’ lifestyle: a mixed model of stall and paddock, as well as a very respectful and organized training program that combines arena work, lunging, and trail riding.
Without a doubt, we can say that Darwin is an affectionate, kind, and happy horse who enjoys spending time with humans.
